It's Kevin Levrone here for this entry! My idol at first sight. Levrone had never won Mr Olympia title but he is the fans' favorite. He is also one one the uncrowned Mr Olympia. His body is massive man !

                                                 * Uncrowned Mr Olympia Kevin Levrone*

I admire his physic as he got one of the best pecs ever! His triceps are massive as well as his super- thick deltoid. He got very symmetrical and classical physic for me. When I started doing bodybuilding, before hitting the gym, I will surely see his pics and training videos to motivate me in hitting the weights. (and I think some of you are doing the same thing right, hahha )

Kevin retired ( not officially retired as he made no announcement) and try something new for him, which is to be an actor. This is the films that he stars :

Well as for the time being, Jay had won  4 Mr Olympia titles in '06( beat Ronnie Coleman), '07, '09 and 2010. He lost the Sandow to Phil 'The Gift' Heath last year. Nevertheless, his body is one of the best in the world.

                                                       * 4 times Mr Olympia Jay Cutler *

I always admire his physic as whenever he appeared in front of the audience with other bodybuilders, he caught my eyes for his thick and quiet symmetrical proportion. He got wide shoulder, thick back, good biceps, striated quads and also very nice calve.

THE INCREDIBLE - ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER

Hello mates, this is my very first entry :) . I would like to introduce to you my favorite bodybuilders ( yes, maybe everyone's fav too!!) . They are all successful in their field and they got to be respected for the degree of hard work they've done. There are 7 of them (and yes 7 is my favorite number too). As for this entry, I will focus on the very first mentor for me , none other than.. Arnold Schwarzenegger

This guy got a really good posture as a bodybuilder. He was the best in his era where everyone keeps thinking,  " No one can be any bigger than him !". He was just extraordinary during his bodybuilding career. The massive muscles did not seem to be over and his physic was just balance. That is the beauty of bodybuilding, this one is Arnold Schwarzenegger.

His biceps got really nice peak like a balloon. Everyone wants to be like him anyway, the posture is so balance and the muscles are all mature. Another interesting view when observing his body is the tiny waist. His upper body is so huge, yet balance and full, but the waist is the best among bodybuilders!

His pecs are undeniably the best in the world. He got a full, upper, middle and lower chest to make anyone to be   jealous! There is no any weaknesses for his chest but the very best of all time.

Here are some stats of his records in bodybuilding field.
